satisfied with your purchase. If an item that you receive does not match the description as shown on our website catalogue, please notify us and we will correct the problem by exchange or refund. warranteed against manufacturing defects for 60 days. Jewelry items are
warranteed for one year. If a piece of
Jewelry breaks or the engraving becomes illegible (caused by normal wear) within one year we will exchange or repair it at NO CHARGE to you. If you want to exchange or return an item, please email sales@911MedAlert.com The item must be mailed back to us within 5 days of your receiving it. Enclose the packing slip or a note with the Summary Order Number and any request or instructons. Upon receiving and checking the package contents, we will issue a refund or send you the exchange that you request. We will follow your instructions. Sorry, Engraved Jewelry, special orders and shipping charges are not refundable.
